A Public Servant Rooted in Colton

Frank J. Navarro was first elected to the Colton City Council in December 2012, representing District 3 after previously serving as a Colton Planning Commissioner from 2008 to 2012. In 2018, Colton voters chose Frank as Mayor with more than 77% of the vote — a powerful mandate to keep moving the city forward. He has continued to serve as Mayor through subsequent re-election.

Mayor Navarro represents Colton on a wide range of regional boards and committees, ensuring our city has a seat at the table on transportation, public safety, water, and economic development decisions across the Inland Empire:
